The other 39 are about 108 claim 1, a whole new claims construction process....

Thing is, the process involved for that claim ...is somewhat tied to the 774 issues.

It can venture forward on its own merits, however, if the CE appeal comes through 108 is going to proceed much faster to settlements.

anyway, I've had enough and I have a good picture of things I expect / except.
