774 is very much in play on every conversation Handal is having in relation to settlements. Every conversation.

As Pacer's come out with settlement notification. You will see a reference to 774 in some form or fashion. IMO

How about an Apple settlement on 774 while the Appeal is play? Last I saw, Apple carries alot of weight but lost to EDIG - while an appeal isn't even taking hold?
