One of the things discussed a few times here is Handal has a backup plan should something not go their way. They will have a rebuttal or response ready for any senario.

I never gave it too much thought till yesterday, even though I agreed with those posts.

Our Tony Handal said in effect...paraphrased...if I represented the defendant I would argue this (he gave an example), if I represented the plaintiff I would argue this (gave the opposing example).

So, he anticipates the opposition every step of the way.

After hearing him say this, it's common sense in his game...

Good move on Fred's part have Tony present.
