I read nothing in regard to e.Digital / Samsung agreement in the Apple considerations.

RIM is leaning on an attached exibit of a redacted e.Digital /Samsung agreement....Apple is not, at least not with this version served on e.Digital.

I don't think RIM obtained the exibit in question, however, they filed there motion "in support of defendantS" using it.

The RIM exibit issue does not seem to support anything I just read.

My take, RIM got shut down, Apple went to plan B.

I say that, because I'm stuck on... RIM files "in support of defendantS" and Apple is the only other defendant that had a date on the AGENDA....thanks letgo..

I guess we'll see the other side of the story whenever it gets filed on PACER.
