They should be able to do both. Preparing for court presentations and keeping shareholders informed are their duties and what their salaries are for, not to mention their stock compensation.

The Flash-R and Nunchi are independent of each other. In fact, since the reexam is a year out, all the more reason they should be making Nunchi happen asap. That was Nunally's objective, yes?
