I agree with Doni. The company has an enormous amount of work to do in less than 2 months. They need to put all of the efforts into countering the claims rejections. They need to put everything else aside, lock the doors, and put a herculean effort into getting this right. The last thing the company should be doing is creating shareholder webcasts, or putting out PRs, or anything besides protecting what has so far been valuable patents.
