I could have many comments in rebuttal, but I'll keep it simple.

Let's see, who are we to blame for the price being at $.03? Isn't that the responsibility of management, regardless of the circumstances? They have to plan for situations that happen that are not in the business plan, if indeed they have one.

How many new products have they brought to market in the last 5 years?

How do the other 25,000 shareholders feel about not knowing what the annual shareholder meeting was about?

And finally if you read my entire post, there are many qualified executives that would be glad to receive a salary of $180,000 with options and based on performance.

Tell me you are completely satisfied with the company and it's operational performance and if you were the owner, you would sit on what you have without changes, which includes communications, strategies, responsibilities and personnel.
