I'm pretty sure it was in Time magazine. I still have the actual issue tucked away somewhere.

As far as any potential run, it will totally depend on the ruling I think. It could go 100% our way, 100% their way, or any combination in-between. What will be important is that the general investor perception changes such that many will view the risk of investing in the stock as having been greatly reduced (thanks to a mostly positive ruling).
