At least from this investors prospective ibchylin's points are very well taken.

Not sure many of us who follow the board and built positions in EDIG stock over the past decade plus could ever be accused of being "cautious".

In fact, many have taken action and purchased stock with each past indications of an advancement of EDIG's business plans.

Most certainly, this time around there is real cause for optimism however, I can understand on how and why being reminded once again that there is yet another "buying opportunity" just might not be well received by some.

A Markman ruling is just around the corner. I believe the ruling will strongly be in EDIG's favor.
