2. There is no contention anywhere in my post about the parties appealing the case. It dweled on the issue of why the judge is taking this long to issue her decision.

3. I have no intention to engage in a shouting match with you or your mentors regarding what opinions I express here.

4. I know nothing about you or what you are doing here, therefore, I care nothing about what you say, whether it is "though love", or silly "Sweet nothings"...
