That is an important piece of the puzzle. It is the 4th time that the Jameso-Youngwirth tag-team are having an interstitial conversation in open court room...

We have all remained puzzeled as the WHY the filing for level II were done in Denver. And some have posited here as to level of representaion by DM...

Now we know of the depth and breath of the preparation by DM why it took them one year before jumping in commiting their reputation and money to rposecute EDIG'S cause. They choose DENVER becuase this Judge sat as the district's IP judge who had handled a case that contained the language instructing trial Judges:

." Mr. Jameson laughed it off knowingly and said, "but we ALL learned something important from PHILLIPS (??). We learned that we have to be very careful to give priority to what is contained within the patent and NOT give undue importance to what might be contained elsewhere."

I am speechless to express what level of legal represntaion we see here...

These guys are not only prepared for trails, they even choose where they will file based on a district judge involement in a case they can use in reminding the trial judge how to rule, like "GIVING PRIORITY TO WHAT IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE PATENT AND NOT GIVE UNDUE IMPORTANCE TO WHAT MIGHT BE CONTAINED ELSEWHERE"

Thanks for remembering this and helping to resolve the long lasting question as to WHY DEVER?...

Gil...
