And I would assume all this would be legal? Shareholders that get screwed (70) plus in the six figures....would be happy?

There are some SEC laws still in this country, I believe.

Since you have some patent experience, please let the rest of us know why only 774 is strong in your opinion. I believe DM is going after multiples patent for edig. "Flash R"
