As usaual Sman you always bring the best in Due diligence Thanks a lot. I do see the similarities and I am confident that our Markman will prevail JMHO as Dr Nunally will explain it in plain English what our patents claim and mean.

The only thing I noticed is Juxtacomm is a privatley held company where our Edig is a public company , this has nothing to do with the patents except I am trying to compare both entities as if they are publicly traded.
