What one must keep in mind is the outsource issue.....and it was noted by the defendants collective cause that outsourcing is part of their problem in getting the necessary information.

IMO, what DM is doing is rounding up the identities of the outsourced companies....that alone comes back to haunt the current and past defendants.....they must now scramble for new outsource companies where settlements may involve this consideration. e.Digital should be pointing them to what company is legal to use.

There is a method unfolding.

I say e.Digital gets what it wants....these guys are gone and we are off on a new level as well as tightening up the outsource issues.
