On another note..

IMO, 737 will open a can of worms leading to e.Digitals format considerations that will come around on a 2nd advance.

With that, what one has to consider is how each defendant settles regarding these 737 issues.

Perhaps in this case....where e.Digital is trying to rise the issues of 737.....e.Digital gets what it wants from the defendants.....where in settlements....737 becomes part of their settlement not coming back to haunt them.

The question then becomes...is it worth it to e.Digital to except their surrender and be able to forward what they get against the next round?

Most if not all of the defendants outsource what e.Digital is after anyway....

Where, IMO, those that do not outsource might get taken to the shed.....unless a considered settlement is very substantial.
