May I add as a sub note to #3 Markman Ruling, 16 settlements, or is that #4 Patent Enforcement?

I would like to believe if the Markman is successful, round 3 would follow shortly.

There is also a possibility, after disclosure etc, we may see many cave. If the "team approach" is weakened, the defenses plan has the potential of failure.

I remain cup 1/2 full with all this...
