The "surprise" comment was made in reference to the 19 filings.

The 20 comment if my memory is correct was from a poster who said via RP, "20-30 new filings by 3/31/09, but the timing is up to DM." That would be SP.

It appears there are a few companies making contact to license the IP, before being filed against...at least that is the impression many of us understood.

If by chance 20 became 19 from paying for the IP, I would expect an immediate PR, 8-K or both, and that has not happened. To me, 19 is 19 and that's it.

Of course, just my take away....and my opinion.
