The use of the tech being licensed is governed by the license terms. If we are licensed to use the technology in a product designed by e.Digital and manufactured by a 3rd party with only OUR NAME on the product then the answer is no. If the license allows us to design and co-brand then yes the use is permitted. I doubt that the license is "transferable" to anyone however. I imagine the terms are not silent on this issue.JMO
