We seem to be confusing something from all the posts.

Only LG thus far, our 1st settlement 9/25/08, did not have a non disclosure agreement, thus we knew it was for 1.6 mln, in which EDIG, round #'s, ended up with $900Kish...the other 5 thus far had NDA's, so we had to interpret the net take home pay via the Q's, and guess an avg from there from these other 5. The total per the 4Q was approx 10.1 mln revs from settlements, and approx 1 mln eVU related sales/services.

The reason some say 9/18 for Sammy, is if there is no NDA, we will know the figure that day or sooner, and if there is a NDA, we will not know the value until the 3Q due out 11/15 or sooner, should EDIG report such ahead of time.

That's the dang deal.....
