Overall, this is some good news. We will have to wait until the 18th to see if it is finalized. I do agree that a settlement after the markman hearing would have produced a bigger settlement but the company does need the money to research and document other products which have infringed upon our patents. I would like the details of settlement to be released publicly as if it very favorable, it would lead to a bigger rise in the s/p. However, I doubt that it will be the case and we will be left to figure it all out months after the settlement is finalized. So it appears that this case is history,so hopefully DM moves on others very soon to keep some revenue coming in.
