I have "no clue" as to what an offer would be, but Edig officials seem to have a fiqure in mind. It's the "hostile" takeover where the company has no control over what is offered to whom on the open market that has everyone worried. Who will sell at what price if someone "mysteriously" starts buying shares for a higher price is what was being discussed (I thought)!!!
