We need an ongoing revenue stream. Waiting years for "the big one" when we have no other source of revenue would be self-defeating. With money in the bank and credibility as a patent holder and as a profitable company growing every quarter (except last when there were no settlements), EDIG will have more leverage against other infringers. Share price will adjust upward to reflect the new realities.

Markman is still out there, and as Benwaiting pointed out, with a bigger fish than Samsung. The fact that Samsung didn't want to take us to Markman says a lot.

I have been clamoring for a plan, and I think I'm starting to see its general outlines.
