The only person would even think of a hostile take over is BOW, and he does not have enough moola, to handle the POSION PIL...

Also, all the other big players in FLASH are on the infringer's list...

So SAMMY is the one and only that makes sense...Gets EDIG out of the WAY; collects big bucks from the remaiing infringers unles they buy out their chips anf FLASH from them...
