Owning the tech is all EDIG has right now, aside from say 1 mln in eVu related revs that they reported last year, and Q1 with $223K, so on pace for that 1 mln again.

WHO will own the tech as time goes on? EDIG or someone else?

Much talk about a tender offer of $5, so with 350 mln shares authorized, we are looking at petty cash of 1.75 bln to the likes of Samsung, Apple or someone else....

A while back, someone did a calc and felt EDIG was only worth 200 mln or so, and I did not agree then nor now, that it is enough to obtain share holder approval, which is about $0.57/share. JMO of course.

Show me $5 or more and I'm all in.
