If I go tomorrow, and there's a chance that I may not be able to, it will be my third AGM. All 15 months apart, throwing that "Annual" out of the window. 2009 was the year without an AGM. So, what's changed (or not) since the last AGM in Dec 2008?
- Fairfull is gone, from the building at least
- The website is gone
- The stock price has gone to hell
- There are no reported sales
- The bank account made it down to pocket change
- The major financer announced that he won't fund the company beyond Q2 2010 unless they are in the black
- Lawsuits and legal threats are still outstanding against shareholders despite promises to lift them
- No updates apart from those forced by the authorities
- A revolving door was fitted to the corner office
- The current/previous/current CEO's compensation package was made public
- The building was put up for sale or lease
- At least 2 shareholders lost their homes, and another one died of a heart attack
I'll stop there. Not too long ago I considered joining the company in a consultant capacity, but decided better of it.
Let's see what the AGM brings, but I think I can guess based on past experiences.
