Donner's flagship project is a partnership with Xstrata Canada Corporation in the Matagami Mining Camp covering both the current development of a new mine and on-going exploration activities. The project is located in the Abitibi region of central Québec and it is supported by Xstrata's existing mine infrastructure, a highly experienced workforce and an operating 2,950 tonne per day mill. As well, the area is serviced by highway, power, airport, railway and town site infrastructure.

The Lac Knife project hosts a NI 43-101 compliant Measured and Indicated mineral resource of 4.972 Mt grading 15.7% carbon as crystalline graphite with an additional Inferred mineral resource of 3.000 Mt grading 15.6% crystalline graphite. Focus' goal is to assume an industry leadership position by becoming a low-cost producer of technology-grade graphite.

PBX signed a definitive Joint Venture Option Agreement with OZ Exploration Chile Limitada on PBX's Copaquire copper molybdenum property. The terms of the Agreement allow OZ Minerals to earn a 90% interest in Copaquire by making cash payments of $90 million and drilling up to 30,000 m.

The company recently reported graphite characterization testing based on composites of seven graphite drill samples from the Quatre Milles East property has reported 75.3% of material tested was >200 mesh and classified as graphite flake with 38.36% in the >80 mesh, large flake category. 85.3% of test results were higher than the 94% carbon purity considered high carbon content, with the median test result being 98.35%.

Historic reports of coarse graphite at Simon Lake were confirmed during the drilling of the mineralized horizon in 2012. Results indicate a graphitic carbon content in the 3-4% range consistently over 20 - 30 m thickness intercepted at 100 to 200 m depths interpreted to continue to surface. This combined with the potential for large flake graphite along the potential 20-25 kilometer strike length has the company very excited about the future of its graphite assets with the grade, flake size, conductor length, location and experienced graphite team all coming together.

UC is an emerging producer of Gold and Silver. The Company's goal is to combine cash flow from production, along with a significant exploration upside from its mining assets. The Company is working on its long term objectives to build a mid-tier Production company with a specific focus on silver and gold development in Mexico. Recent test results at La Yesca indicate that tailings already processed at La Yesca can be reprocessed by the Company to achieve a reasonable recovery return for silver and gold. The results from the test showed that approximately 75% of original recovery could be achieved from the reprocessing of tailings previously processed.
