Vista Gold Corp. Reports Additional Mt. Todd Drilling Results, including 1.03 g/t Gold over 206 meters

Vista Gold Corp. (TSX & NYSE MKT: VGZ) ("Vista" or the "Company") today reported further drilling results from its ongoing resource conversion drilling program at the Mt. Todd gold project in Northern Territory, Australia.

Highlights of the most recent five drill hole results include:

• 1.03 grams per ton (g/t) gold over 206 meters in VB12-013
• 0.99 g/t over 24.9 meters in VB12-011 starting at 169 meters in depth
• 2.46 g/t over 33.3 meters including 4.29 g/t over 14.1 meters in VB12-012

Tower Intersects Near Surface High Grade Gold and Silver at JD; 12.6 Meters Grading 10.82 Grams per Tonne Gold and 65.70 Grams per Tonne Silver

Vancouver, B.C. - Tower Resources Ltd. is pleased to report initial results from phase one drilling at its 100% controlled JD Property in north-central British Columbia where high-grade gold and silver was intersected over significant widths in the Finn Zone.

Selected highlights from the first three diamond drill holes in the Finn Zone include:

-12.6 meters (m) grading 10.82 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and 65.70 g/t silver (Ag) in hole JD-12-003

-21.5 meters grading 4.92 g/t Au and 53.99 g/t Ag in hole JD-12-002

21.2 meters grading 3.80 g/t Au and 24.53 g/t Ag in hole JD-12-001
