I agree with your thoughts but at the end of the day when I get my proxy for the AGM I know who is going to get a big fat 'no' vote. (if he is proposed again)

Another way that I would like to look at it is 'where would our price be if an insider put out a market 4M share order. It would not be stuck where it is today. Once the SPQ deadline passes I expect to see KWG move.
