Cliffs Natural Resources Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Shares

CLEVELAND -- (Business Wire) --

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Companys common shares of $0.14 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Sept. 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 13, 2010. This dividend rate is the same amount declared in the prior quarter when Cliffs increased its quarterly payout to $0.14 per share, up from $0.0875 per share.
