As is obvious now, KWG put out the valuations as expected and it doesn't look like they intended to halt trading. The clarification process shouldn't take more than a couple of hours unless there is a real wrinkle in it. If it can be resolved by Noon EST, it will likely trade today, but any later and we are halted until friday. Where will the KWG SP go to once trading resumes? Will CLF go along with this, or will they fight it from the outset? If the SP climbs to 15 cents, there will be no arguing that the KWG offer is not superior, and once that sinks in to the public, a seesaw should start between them to drive our SP up to the 28 cent mark in anticipation of CLF taking a killing swipe at the whole thing on Monday or Tuesday with an all stock offer.
