I am suprised by Cannacord in KWG's camp, isn't this 'Genuity? TD is consigned by SPQ ... you can bet they're talking.
The $$$ math on this transaction is beyond us folks.

I recall the Ft. McMurray Development which really isn't that far off with the removal of overburden, upgrading and shipping. That took > 7 - 10 years, after basic surveying and infrastructure. CLF's has said they will be mining in .. what 2015 or something (must be that direct ship ore) ... Holy Crap! In 1983 (after the AB Govt Pilot Project went public), the pavement ended at Wandering River and was gravel beyond, but there was power too. The development of the RoF according to CLF's timeline (and the gov'ts seem convinced) is incredible in comparison. The rail line will beget the power grid will beget the gas lines will beget land lines etc. We hold 50% of the RR privelege. This also has present value in the determination of SPQ Share price.
Our best investment could be a Trailer Park and Bar at the Nemisville terminal in 2012.
