The development of the RoF according to CLF's timeline (and the gov'ts seem convinced) is incredible in comparison. The rail line will beget the power grid will beget the gas lines will beget land lines etc. We hold 50% of the RR privelege. This also has present value in the determination of SPQ Share price.

Our best investment could be a Trailer Park and Bar at the Nemisville terminal in 2012.
