Snowfield Development Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to report that pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on the 7th day of June 2010, the Company has consolidated its capital on a one (1) new share for each twelve (12) old shares basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening of Wednesday, August 11, 2010, the common shares of Snowfield Development Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The Company is classified as a junior mining exploration company.
Post-consolidation capitalization: Authorized to issue unlimited shares with no par value, of which 10,723,787 shares will be issued and outstanding.
