Rogue Resources Inc.
NEW YORK, NY, May 29, 2015 /Sector Newswire/ - Rogue Resources Inc.'s (TSX-V: RRS) (US Listing: GCRIF) this week announced news that it has begun its exploration program on its flagship high-purity silica project in Quebec, Canada has begun. Rogue's silica property is located adjacent to the Mine Sitec which has been in operation for the past 50 years. RRS.V has samples up to 99.54% SiO2 and has identified 1.1 Km strike length on one of two quartzite occurrences. RRS.V appears to harbor potential to replicate, if not surpass, the success of its neighbor and richly reward shareholders in the process. Rogue Resources also has two advanced holding projects of significance (one asset with 18 million lbs nickel, and an iron asset) that it is nurturing for either a commodity cycle rebound or potential JV (advancing with no capex to RRS.V).
Valuation comentary: RRS.V has 47.4.3 million shares outstanding (~68.7M fully diluted) and is well capitalized to execute on objectives for 2015. The market cap of RRS.V is >$3 million and presents an exceptional risk-reward scenario as Rogue's silica deposit appears quick to resource. The inherent value of Rouge's assets justifies a market cap several times the current and as the reality/success of exactly what RRS.V possesses becomes more apparent to the market this will translate to a market success for investors astute enough to establishing a long position in RRS.V now. Also important to note is the fact management of Rogue has a track record of recent success in the mining sector and they are supported by a highly experienced office staff that it shares with Integra Gold.

The announced exploration program's priority is to define the high purity silica zones along the quartzites of its "G" quartzite unit as well as localizing the quartzites of the "D" quartzite unit. Works will include ground geophysics, airborne heli-VLF geophysics surveys, line cutting, surface geological mapping, sampling of the quartzites at surface and at depths/channel sampling -- results will be used to guide the drill program phase expected to begin this summer.

- ALL EXPLORATION CONTRACTOR'S AGREEMENTS SIGNED - LINE CUTTING CREW ON SITE - AIRBORNE VLF GEOPHYSIC SURVEY IMMINENT - GEOLOGICAL MAPPING TO BEGIN - QUARTZITE CHANNEL SAMPLING FIRST STEP TO INITIAL ASSAYING PROCESS - DRILL SITES FOR PLANNED 2015 DRILLING TO BE IDENTIFIED AND PREPARED - DRILL PROGRAM TO COMMENCE EARLY IN Q3 - FIRST NATIONS AGREEMENT FOR RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT REACHED VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - Rogue Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RRS) ("Rogue" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that line cutting crews have been mobilized in preparation for exploration on the Lac de la Grosse Femelle silica project ("Femelle") located approximately 42 kilometres ("km") north of Baie-Saint Paul, Québec, situated on the St. Lawrence River, and 4 km northeast of Sitec's operating silica mine. "The exploration drill program has been designed to help the Company further interpret the "G" and "D" quartzite structures and incorporate these structures into a resource estimate planned for early 2016," commented Company President and CEO, John de Jong. "Our first priority is to determine the widths, strike length and structures along the east-northeast trending quartzites as well as follow up on high purity silica assays of samples taken in September, 2014." 2015 EXPLORATION PLANS MAY/JUNE 2015 EXPLORATION PURPOSE Work planned at surface is to physically define the high purity silica zones along the quartzites of Zone E and Zone G (sample J210609 assaying 99.54% SiO2, see press release December 16, 2014) as well as localizing the quartzites of Zone D. A second phase airborne geophysics program will be completed to better define the widths, strike length and structures along the east-northeast trending quartzites. This information will help define future drill targets. JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2015 EXPLORATION PURPOSE Results of the geophysics airborne VLF, ground magnetics and radio-metrics, geological mapping, and assay results of collected samples will be compiled and integrated into the existing airborne geophysics to generate favorable and prospective high purity quartzite drill targets for the planned drill program. Planned drilling is designed to determine the extent of Quartzite Units "G" and "D", including their purity, depth, width, and the length of extensions beyond what is visible on surface. DRILLING
