Thank you for your email. I have passed along your concerns. As I am sure you're aware the AGM webcast is posted to the website with slides for replay. I am not able to provide any additional information than what has been publicly reported.
Mr. McCaffrey confirmed at the annual meeting of shareholders that management continues to engage in discussions around several financing options for the company, of which licensing and partnerships agreements are among those options.
The company will disclose via press release, as required, any transaction at the time they are duly executed.
