What are the chances of the merger? If read it right in the SEC filing, LLSR must raise the capital first before the merger will be consummated. Can it happen?

How pressing of an issue will it be rework the note. As a note holder what is more important, the note issue or finding the funding? Where would the money come from to pay the note holders? To me funding will make everything else fall into place, that is critical.
