In the current 8-K filing, references were made to the new company name (Newco) and the engagement of an investment bank to arrange for financing. The name (Newco) as reported in the 8-K filing was not mentioned in the press release. What was stated in the press release was The name of the new merged company will be announced upon closing. Another clue or necessary for the filing? Maybe I'm reading too much, understanding too little and allowing my optimism to see things that are not there.

Only time will tell.
