PasionateIgnorance,... as a 'long time investment industry person', is it possible that big news is somehow being delayed (eg, by dodgy sputterers), until after April 27 which is cut off for voters of record?

Reason I suggest this is because SI has been exercising warrants and therefore building his vote base for the AGM. Why would he do this unless he knew something important was coming up to vote on?

And why would POET come out with sp popping news before the 27, simply inviting on board a whole bunch of newby share chasers who may not vote the way the company would hope for?
