FJ, say for instance this relative wanted to take 10k of shares from an rrsp and wanted to move the money less 25% or so withheld into a tfsa, would he/she be allowed to buy ptk shares back? Hypothetical but would it be allowed?

This raises another question: Will SEDI also report purchases (not just sales) made by relatives of insiders? or is it just a one-way street?
