The fact that the recent share price tumble reflects not much of fact rather than perception.The alaskan court realized that they did not have well defined law to deny a local borough vote therefore it had to allow it to proceed.However,it has no real merit in the alaskan court of law regarding minerals rights.When it comes to the court of appeal,a reversal is almost certain if the borough vote succeeds in turning against Pebble.
