Dear Noront shareholders

Yesterday I posted about Dalton's trip to China. Here is another article below Note the Nov. 3 , 2010 date. Look at what is transpiring before you.

When you read it, get the full impact of the words in the article,"He also talked about the government's plans to develop the Ring of Fire, an area in Northern Ontario that contains one of the world's largest chromite deposits.

Let's think about the words the government's plans to develop the RING OF FIRE.

Did he talk about any other mining area in Ontario?? No. Only ROF.

Dalton needs to make some magic happen if he wants to stay in office. Thunderbay,Timmins, Sudbury, Aboriginal communities are screaming for jobs. Noront has been playing hard ball. They want to pull the ore out of the ground and ship it outside of Ontario. Just, hand it over to China. But if this is done the job dream is flushed down the toilet. Hence, the panic. The bickering has been about how do we keep the jobs here. How do we keep the work here. The refineries here. Dalton is in China working out a deal of some sort.

Is is not understandable that your shares are wanted now very badly now. It is not understandable that every dirty, pathetic trick and game will be played until you give up and get out and surrender your shares? If you wanted to give up you should have done it a year ago.

Why give up now when you are approaching the finish line . Read the words carefully. GOVERNMENT'S PLANS TO DEVELOP THE RING OF FIRE. Print it out and paste it in an area you look at frequently and stop festering about the day to day share price.

Do you not hear the tick tick of the clock in the background??I hear it very clearly. The tick, tick is a reminder that very soon some infrastructure program will be announced for the ROF. Do you honestly think this will benefit only the Chromite? Do you not think Noront will benefit huge from any penny they don't have to spend to get this off the ground?. Are you understanding the "low-key"? Are you understanding the need to shut-up and quite braggin' about what you got until some money that is NOT coming direct from your pocket comes out ....to increase your shareholder value? This is a waiting game. The clock is ticking. What do you suppose the reaction will be when some decent sized government freebies are announced? Will it then be time to come out of the closet and show your stuff? I think so.

November 3, 2010 4:00 PM

McGuinty Meets with Chairman Li Ka-shing and CEO Eric Huang

Leaders from Hong Kong's business community met Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and ministers Sandra Pupatello and Michael Chan to discuss investment opportunities in Ontario.

Premier McGuinty spoke at a reception hosted by the Canada-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce. Guests included leaders in mining and financial services. McGuinty credited Ontario's strong financial services sector for helping it weather the global recession better than most other economies. He also talked about the government's plans to develop the Ring of Fire, an area in Northern Ontario that contains one of the world's largest chromite deposits.

Guests also included representatives from Hong Kong universities who came to learn about Ontario's plans to boost international enrolment in postsecondary institutions by 50 per cent over the next five years.

Earlier, Premier McGuinty met with Li Ka-shing, Chairman of Cheung Kong Limited and Hutchison Whampoa. The Premier and Mr. Li discussed Ontario as a growing North American location for new investment and trade. McGuinty also met with Eric Huang, CEO of CITIC Merchant Bank.

Premier McGuinty also honoured Canadian soldiers at Sai Wan War Cemetery, resting place for soldiers who died in the defence of Hong Kong during the Second World War. McGuinty laid a wreath to honour the over 550 Canadian soldiers who died, 22 of whom were from Ontario.
