I agree with you GleeGee...Wes needs someone to polish his image and approach.

Initial impressions speak volumes, he looked like he tied one on last night, rolled out of bed and threw on a suit.

Stop looking down and to the left - it is a documented sign of dishonesty.

I don't mean to sound harsh - BUT it is important.

I also am NOT implying he is dishonest, I am sure he is working hard and long hours...however, his image needs work.
