Yesterday on CBC radio I heard that the ice roads and air strips were going out in northern Manitoba. (Which is alot further north than Webiquei -SP??)

The FN's are facing escalating costs ( up to 3X) for staples throughout 2010 because the bulk shipments can no longer make it into the communities.

The RoF FN's have not released a statement saying that the MOU has been signed ... I think they are lifting the blockade because they fear inflation or starvation. Their leverage melted out from under them.

I suspect that this is not over, it has only been postponed
