2009/2010 EXPLORATION PROGRAM Eagle Hill is well capitalized after recently completing a $3.2 million financing and has placed these funds in escrow to ensure that they will be used for the development of the Windfall Lake Property.
There are two phases in the Company’s initial exploration plan: Windfall Lake Property, Quebec Windfall Lake Gold Vein
Phase 1 - Data Compilation & Project Scoping: • Budget: $250,000 • Scope of work includes: - Project Preparation including establishing and refurbishing drill grid, surveying existing drill holes and trenches and reprocessing magnetic data. - Re-logging and assaying of untested core samples and checking assays on previous samples. - Compilation of obtained data. - Gemcom Modeling. • Corporate Objectives: - Model incorporating all 340 contiguous claims. - Drilling targets for exploration and definition of historicical data. • Completion Date: Mid-January 2010.
Phase 2 - Exploration, Drilling & Geophysics • Budget: $2,500,000 • Scope of work includes: - Diamond Drilling (Exploration - 5,000 meters and Definition - 7,000 meters). - Geophysics (Induced Polarization, Magnetometer and Electro Magnetic Surveys). • Corporate Objectives: - Data to complete the Windfall Lake Property Model. - Identification of other possible mineralized areas that will require future definition. - Outline potential mineral reserve of existing known mineralized zones. • Completion Date: June 2010
