They are soveriegn.

They don't follow the same acts and statutes that we follow. They only must follow common law.

The acts, statutes, and legal system don't apply to soveriegn entities that operate outside of the CANADA corperation. Only laws and signed treaties (contracts with the government) apply.

The acts, statutes, and legal system only apply to government employees. (that's you and me)
