I repect your opinion. I especially agree with your statement, "but the bottom line is to explore on a quiet sea."

What I am finding suspicious here is the word quiet. The combination of deciding against exploring on a quiet sea combined with the quiet front on the postive news release dept.

Too many quiets for me to handle as (coin)-cidence.
