Iamsudbury the way that you are reasoning you are not tendering but buying and selling on the open market of today and you are running short on the calculation ;had you had done this three days ago you would have come out with a plus.

This only due to the offer of Not adding value to Fwr SH in the first place .

Everything will equalize in the end and should the offer fail the Fwr SP will retreat substantially and anybody having not tendered will find themselves into a real loss.

Mind you with a failed offer Not can elect to return the tendered shares and everybody will be in the same boat ,sinking ship.

That is why everybody should tender :take advantage of the rise of the SP now and enjoy the ride with Not into the blue sky.

Of course you knew all that and i appreciate the will to stimulate the posting .
