What if you are on "credit Hold" as a country? What then?

They are rather optimistic, evaluating bank failure costs to reach only $100 billion over the next four years.

What if suppliers are worried you won't have the money to pay? What if they don't want your USA dollars.? Cliff's has a postion in the ROF for a reason. Having a North American supply of Chromium is not just about dollars and cents is it INSURANCE. With the unrest everywhere including the United States is it important for gov'ts to kick in and help with infrastructure so the INSURANCE is available if needed. Can't build army stuff without supplies. Can't get supplies if you don't have the credit to buy the supplies from outside countries.
