It was great to see the wee hour "conduit tonnage" post of Herbs last night, good stuff.
Reminds me of why we are still here, selflessly sharing our "conceptual visualizations" with all ya all. Herb, your post brought back a lot of memories of discussion on conduits, does everyone remember the gift Richard gave us right before Christmas of 07, the news release put out with assays from Eagle One?? In the news release we get a juicy tidbit from Richard about.....a conduit.
"We are pleased to announce that semi-massive to massive sulphide mineralization has been encountered about 2 kilometers to the southwest of Eagle One, in what is believed to be a peridotite filled conduit of the Eagle One magmatic massive sulphide occurrence. Our new drill objectives are to focus on this new occurrence and also to complete drill testing several other high-priority geophysical targets within the Double Eagle project area,"; states Richard Nemis, President and CEO of Noront.
The theories complete with tonnage estimates that were incredible and yes at the time these types of posts were labeled by some as being rather "Pumpish in nature", on the contrary, they serve a purpose, putting out there for all to see just what is entirely plausable with this type of mineralization, especially when coupled with Dr. Mungalls' theory of "Conduit" connected pods.
Thoeries laid out here enable the NOT invester to have a simple yet clear "what if" side to the stock..clearly laid out in laymans terms, shared selflessly with the forum, a way of getting out there our own indicated, inferred, extrapolated, and imagined thoughts on how the drillings progressing while we wait for assays to return from the lab.
What ifs are very important when dealing with such a stock as NOT.
After all are we not witnessing one of our very early on "What ifs" becoming reality this very minute????
Do not discount the what ifs, lock em away in the vauld or whatever but do not disregard them as being too "blue sky" ....look what we have now!
IMO the best is yet to come before assays hit the air, as undoubtably there will be some form of a leak and we will see furious trading just prior to release.
