My guess at possible locations for NOT-09-49 are represented in pics below. Of course there's very limited info to go on.

A summary of its description:

- drilled subvertically below known mineralization

- located at the northwestern contact of conduit

- visual inspection suggests the hole parallels the contact between the peridotite and granodiorite for its entire length
